Working with the Center is a two-way street.
As a candidate, we expect a level of professionalism
Recognize that the Center is a for-profit entity with a mission to improve the political landscape.
Criminal Background Check in addition to a certified copy of your DD-214, if applicable
Professional presence is a must- be dressed for success, answers at the ready, and a passion for serving.
Public Speaking Ability - This is challenging, but it can be taught; just be open to feedback!
Fundraising- The Mother's Milk of Politics. If your family won't help, who should believe in you!
Availability- Running for office and eventually holding an office has real world time committments.
Knowledge of both the office you are seeking and the factual status of the community.
